Introduction to Swim Safe

Introduction to Swim Safe

The 2025 Cambridgeshire Water Safety Day will take place at Grafham Reservoir on 30th May 2025, hosted by Grafham Water Centre, a service of Cambridgeshire County Council, in collaboration with the Outdoor Foundation. This free event will bring together water safety practitioners, advocates, and educators from across the county to promote inclusive drowning prevention. Aimed at children, young people, and families, the day will highlight the importance of ensuring everyone—regardless of background—can enjoy water safely.

In conjunction with the RNLI and RYA, Swim Safe teaches young people vital lifesaving skills.  This helps build water confidence and can help reduce the number of incidents involving open water.  Learn how to "Float to Live" which is a technique which is proven to save lives.

Suitable from age 6 upwards.

Please choose your time slot from the 4 available, and add the number of people you wish to attend.  Build your own timetable with the various activities on offer, and don't forget our BBQ!
