Welcome, and thank you for choosing 1‑to‑1 cycling coaching.
This session is designed especially for adults who have never learned to ride a bike, or who may have tried before but didn’t feel confident. Learning to cycle as an adult can feel like a big step, so it’s completely normal to feel a little nervous—that’s exactly why this session is one‑to‑one.
What Makes 1‑to‑1 Coaching DifferentThis session is all about you. We’ll work at your pace, focus on your goals, and adapt everything to what feels comfortable for you. There’s no pressure, no rushing, and no comparison with anyone else.
We’ll break cycling down into simple, manageable steps, starting with:
- Getting comfortable on the bike
- Balance and control
- Steering and stopping
- Progressing to pedalling only when you’re ready
You’re always in control of how far we go today.
