We are pleased to announce that we are running 20-week activity programme, delivered on Friday afternoons, specifically designed for adults aged 55 and over who are at risk of cardiovascular disease and arthritis. The programme will offer low-impact, engaging outdoor activities such as kayaking, rock climbing, sailing, and nature-based mindfulness sessions. These activities will be adapted to suit varying mobility levels and delivered in a supportive, social environment.
This is a great opportunity to try new activities, meet new people and just have fun!
This course is free thanks to a grant received from the Public Health Prevention Seed Funding initiative.
